Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions Effective Date: [3/6/2026]
Welcome to NexusLink Global Logistics, operated by Dongguan Xinchang Supply Chain Co., Ltd. By accessing our website and utilizing our quote request services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Overview NexusLink provides end-to-end B2B supply chain solutions, including multi-vendor consolidation, physical quality checks, air/ocean freight, express injection (DHL/FedEx), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) customs management, specializing in high-value tech and hardware.
2. Quotes and Service Agreements
- Requesting a Quote: Submitting a packing list or cargo details via our website forms does not constitute a binding logistics contract. It is a request for a tailored routing plan.
- Quote Validity: Due to the volatile nature of international freight, all provided quotes are valid only for the timeframe specified in the formal email proposal sent by our account managers.
- Finalization: A binding agreement is only established when you formally accept our tailored DDP quote and confirm the booking instructions via email.
3. Client Responsibilities & Compliance (Crucial)
- Accurate Declaration: You are solely responsible for providing 100% accurate descriptions, commercial invoices, and values for all cargo.
- Sensitive Cargo & Batteries: For any tech hardware containing lithium batteries or classified as Dangerous Goods (DG), you must provide valid, up-to-date MSDS and UN38.3 test reports before the cargo arrives at our South China hub.
- Consequences of Misdeclaration: NexusLink reserves the right to halt shipments, refuse boarding, or charge penalty fees if cargo is found to be misdeclared, lacks proper DG documentation, or violates US/EU import regulations. NexusLink is not liable for any customs seizures or delays caused by the client’s failure to provide accurate compliance documents.
4. All-Inclusive DDP Pricing Policy We pride ourselves on transparent pricing. Our DDP quotes include applicable tariffs and final-mile delivery fees based on the exact packing list provided. However, if the actual cargo volume, weight, or commodity classification differs significantly upon arrival at our physical hub compared to the initial submission, we reserve the right to adjust the final invoice accordingly.
5. Limitation of Liability While we engineer secure logistics pipelines, NexusLink’s liability for cargo loss or damage is strictly limited to the standard terms of the respective international carriage conventions (e.g., Warsaw Convention, Montreal Convention) and the specific carrier’s terms of service once the cargo is injected into their network, unless supplemental cargo insurance is explicitly purchased by the client through us.
6. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
